Located at the base of Aspen Mountain, Hyatt Grand Aspen is limited to 50 warm and welcoming homes that combine the security of fixed week ownership with the flexibility of floating space-available vacations.
What is Hyatt Vacation Club?
Hyatt Vacation Club offers luxury fractional ownership and exchange privileges at 12 resorts from Aspen to Carmel to the Naples Coast. With additional properties in development in the coming years that may also become part of the exchange program, the Club offers a lifetime of vacation opportunities in some of the most desirable resort locations in the world.
Will an owner at Hyatt Grand Aspen be able to access Hyatt Hotels & Resorts worldwide?
As an owner at Hyatt Grand Aspen, you have the ability to exchange your fixed or float weeks for Hyatt Gold Passport Points.* Through this point interface you will be able to access Hyatt Hotels & Resorts® worldwide.

Is ownership at Hyatt Grand Aspen an Aspen Real Estate purchase?
Yes. Ownership at Hyatt Grand Aspen is conveyed to you as a fee simple, undivided 1/20th deeded interest in a specific residence and common ownership in the amenities of the resort. Like all fee simple purchases, your ownership at Hyatt Grand Aspen is a true Aspen Real Estate purchase that can be willed to your children or heirs to create a family legacy in Aspen for generations to come.
What are the amenities and services offered at Hyatt Grand Aspen?
Just like checking into a fine hotel, Hyatt Grand Aspen greets you with warmth and refinement. From your pre-arrival concierge service, to airport shuttle service and twice daily housekeeping, Hyatt Grand Aspen offers you all of the luxuries of a worry-free vacation.
How often can I use my ownership at Hyatt Grand Aspen?
Each ownership increment entitles you to one fixed week in the residence of your choice and 10 floating space-available days. Many of the owners at Hyatt Grand Aspen choose to purchase multiple increments, which allows them to customize their ownership to their specific family vacation needs.
How soon can I make float time reservations?
Floating reservations can be made up to 23 months in advance or the day before arrival. Floating reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and do not rely on last minute residence availability.
Do I have to use and occupy in week-long increments?
No. The flexibility of Hyatt Grand Aspen takes fractional ownership to a new level. By providing owners with the ability to occupy partial weeks, they are able to maximize their usage each year, staying for a long weekend or extending to 10-day vacations.
Will I always stay in the same unit?
During your fixed week, you will always be guaranteed your purchased residence. To maximize availability for your space-available float time you may occupy any residence in the Club.
Can I use more than one residence at a time?
Yes. Based on availability, you may occupy more than one residence at a time as per the Hyatt Vacation Club Resorts Rules. You may choose residences of different sizes to accommodate your family’s vacation needs.
What happens if I cannot use my fixed week?
If you cannot use your fixed week, you have several options. First, you may exchange your fixed week for another available week at Hyatt Grand Aspen. Second, you can exchange your week throughout Hyatt Vacation Club Resorts, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts® worldwide or through Interval International. In addition, owners have the right to gift or rent any of their time at Hyatt Grand Aspen.
Who will be able to use my ownership rights?
Hyatt Grand Aspen is a home for you, your family and your friends. As an owner at Hyatt Grand Aspen, you are able to bring friends and family anytime. You may also send unaccompanied guests to occupy any of your weeks in Aspen.
Is there storage for owners for personal effects and sporting equipment year round?
Yes. Each owner at Hyatt Grand Aspen can make use of our temperature-controlled secure storage facilities. Owners will have their own storage trunk and the ability to store larger sporting equipment such as skis and bikes.
What are the additional costs of ownership and homeowner’s dues?
Your annual homeowner’s dues are inclusive of all the ongoing costs of ownership. Homeowner’s dues cover all services, amenities, taxes and operating costs, etc. at Hyatt Grand Aspen. Please ask for a copy of this year’s budget.
Can my ownership be resold?
As with all deeded real estate purchases, owners at Hyatt Grand Aspen are able to resell their deeded interest on the open market.
How is ownership at Hyatt Grand Aspen unique within the Aspen Time Share market?
Ownership at Hyatt Grand Aspen provides the most flexible usage system in Aspen. With each ownership share, you can fix your favorite week of the year in your chosen residence and still have the flexibility of 10 additional floating days to match your specific travel needs each year. Your ownership can be used in two-, three- and four-day increments as well. In addition, Hyatt offers one of the largest exchange networks of any fractional residence club in the country.
Can I finance my purchase at Hyatt Grand Aspen?
Owners at Hyatt Grand Aspen can mortgage their purchase. We work closely with two of the premier fractional lenders in the country, who will provide the best available mortgage options and competitive rates.
